- Proven experience in excavation and road opening activity: sloping, cut down, quarrying, wasting and backfilling
- TESDA NCII Certification is an advantage
- Physically fit and knowledgeable in equipment safety protocols
- Willing to be assigned in any of the following: Region 10, 11 and 13
